Friday 11/06:
It was my last day at El Puma yesterday (i´m meant to do until next thursday but as there are three others there and no one at the Refuge ive decided to go there for my last week) and everyone was really lovely and wishing me luck and saying thankyou and one of the ladies there told me and Iffyyenia lucy and nancy to go over for dinner next week so we´ll see if that happens! instead of doing the usual animals i chopped some vegetables for the ñandus (ostriches) and then Romina and raul were feeding the monkeys and i went with and helped and went in one of there vages (!) but the monkey in there was a bit shy and just hid in the corner haha. then we went in the ñandu enclosure and we asked Romina if we could touch them and she said well uyes but look what happens and walked towards one and it ran off and then she got me to do it and videod me so il pop that bad boy up when i get home haha its such a funny video. then me and romina walked up to the office and i said goodbye to everyone and went over to join Lucy at the tree area. Lucy had been painting some of the building there and had back ache so i took over and we chatted and stuff and then Oscar came over with a couple of grapefruits and was like you work hard have a break even though id only been working for like twenty minutes haha. so me and lucy sat outside and ate grapefruit until iffyenia came and got lucy because they were elaving early to go to Asuncion, Paraguay. i stayed and carried on painting and when Diego and Oscar found out it was my last day they kept taking photos with me lol and then being like ok pose with the paintbrushes! and now one of you painting hahaha :) .
then nancy came and got me once shed finished the animals and we went and got the bus. i didnt anything in the afternoon but try not to eat and wait for my dinner and i watched this STUPID FILM called blindess where everyone starts randomly going blind and its just crap and never watch it.
Norma (Veronicas mum) brought my dinner over around eight and shortly after Vero came round because we were meant to go out and then i was staying over hers because we had to get up early for a horse riding lesson that her aunty had organised early the next morning. she came over and we danced around and drank and got ready togo out and then around eleven we both got really droopy eyed and we just looked at eachother like.. shall we just get chips and go to bed? so we walked to her uncles restaurant and got garlic chips and empanadas and he was talking about baileys and i told him id never had it and he gave us both a massive glass for free and it was deeeliishhhh but i couldnt finish it and he didnt make us pay for the food either bless him. on the way to Veros she told me that one of the boys that id been introduced to in the restaurant that works there gave Vero his number and was like Beth can call me anytime hahahaha .
we went to a bakery on the way home to get breakfast as we hadnt spent any money and then went home and finished our chips and went to bed.
Saturday 12/06:
we woke up early this morning and ate our pastrys and Veros aunty came and picked us up and took us over to where her children have lessons and i just thought we were hanging out and looking at the horses and potentially sitting on one at some point but then this guy comes over and was like im your teacher come pick a horse, so i told very she was in big trouble, asked verys aunty to take photo evidence of what was about to happen and put on a helmet lol.
luckily my horsey was a bit tired so couldnt be bothered to run off with me or anything and he was VERY well behaved and at first i was like i am NOT trotting under NO circumstances can you whip my horse and make it run or i will CRY and then KILL YOU. and sex pot teacher man was like ok dont worry nothing will happen, and he got us to walk around at first and then we had to ride without our feet in the stirrups and then while lying backwards with our heads on the horses butts which was very scary and then side seated and then backwards and then after that i was like alright i´ll trot so after a lot of me convincing my horse we trotted a bit and i was muy bien and didnt nearly fall off or freak out or anything. then we came home and got into Veros bed and i helped her with her english homework and then i fell asleep and then we woke up and her grandma made us lunch and then we did more homework and had another sleep and then Vero had to go in to town to doher Stewardess course so i came home and sorted all the crap out of my suitcase so that im ready to pack on wednesday/thursday and then i sent this email to my parents because i emailed them two days ago to ask when i can phone them when they will both be in and didnt get a resonse:

so apparently you guys only answer my emails when it has urgent in the subject bar so i thought id try that.
i sent mum an email two days ago asking when i can ring and no response? its been two whole days. mother have you not checked your emails in two whole days? have you been in some sort of GOLFING COMPETITION by any chance? im feeling terribly unloved as seeing as everyone in argentina loves me i might aswell just stay here if im potentially coming home to un-email-answering parents.

il be eagerly waiting your respone as i am home alone this weekend and have nothing else to do except be homesick.

So family members - help me out, is it just me theyre ignoring? :P
currently eating a yummy dulce de leche pastry and a cup of tea wandering what to do with the rest of my day as its only quarter to six.
